Refund & Return (Overview)
At T-SHACK, we stand behind the quality of every piece we make. All products are covered by a 90-day guarantee against material, manufacturing, and printing defects.
For Custom-Made products, due to their made-to-order nature, we maintain a strict no-return, no-exchange, and no-refund policy, except in cases where the product is proven to be defective or damaged due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Custom-Made products are created specifically according to your chosen design, size, and customization. Therefore, we DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:
- Incorrect size or fit selected by the customer.
- Change of mind.
- Color preference issues, unless the color is clearly different from the order.
- Customer design errors, such as typos, misplaced logos, or low-resolution artwork.
- Any changes requested after production or printing has started.
Please review your order details, size selection, and design carefully before confirming your order.
Custom-Made Orders & Upfront Payment
An upfront payment is required when confirming a Custom-Made order.
Once production or printing has started, the paid amount becomes non-refundable, even if the customer requests to cancel the order.
90-Day Quality Guarantee
All T-SHACK products, including Custom-Made products, are covered by our 90-day quality guarantee from the date of receiving the order.
The guarantee covers proven defects related to:
- Material quality.
- Manufacturing.
- Printing.
- Unexpected shrinkage.
- Color fading.
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by a defect in the material, manufacturing, or printing, T-SHACK will provide an appropriate resolution.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact our customer support team within 90 days of receiving your order.
Proof Required:
You may be asked to provide clear photos or videos showing the issue, along with your order number, to help us assess the claim.
Resolution:
Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement, exchange, or another appropriate solution. Refunds may only be issued when a replacement or alternative resolution is not possible.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted when the product has a confirmed material, manufacturing, or printing defect covered by our 90-day guarantee.
Custom-Made products cannot be exchanged due to size, fit, design preference, change of mind, or customer-provided design errors.
Cancellation Policy
For Custom-Made / Printed Orders, cancellations are accepted only before the order enters production or printing.
Once production or printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled, and any upfront payment made is non-refundable.
For non-printed / ready-made items, cancellations are accepted before the order is shipped.
What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
The 90-day guarantee does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse or improper use.
- Incorrect washing or care.
- Accidents.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Failure to follow the recommended care instructions.
- Customer-provided design or artwork errors.
Sale Items
Sale items are covered by the same 90-day quality guarantee in case of a confirmed material, manufacturing, or printing defect.
However, sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind, size, fit, or preference.
